Frequently Asked Questions

Pending on manufacturer’s specifications, usually smaller machines require servicing every 250 hours and larger machines at 500 hour intervals

Always check your operator’s manual as some are periodically greased, but usually complete it daily or every 50 hours. Grease is cheap, pins are not!

Mobile Plant Risk Assessments last for the duration of the machine if there are no modifications made and you keep up with regular servicing requirements. However some sites require yearly assessments to be conducted to remain compliant
